The weather may have certainly put a dampener on things yesterday (no pun intended), however we’re Scouts and we put a coat on and just get on with it. The show must go on as they say!!
We’d just like to say a massive THANK YOU to each and every one of you who battled the weather yesterday and came along to support us. It was such an honour to see so many people there. Extra thanks also goes out to fellow groups from across Mersey Weaver Scouts who came along to support us.
We’d also like to extend a special thanks to Standard/Black Cat Fireworks for providing us with the “firepower” behind each of our displays.
Special thanks also need to go to Elton Parish Council, Essar, CFF Fertilisers and Councillor Graham Heatley for they continued support and contributions into Elton’s BIGGEST annual event!
Also, an extra thank you to Elton Primary School for use of the School Field.
Finally – SAVE THE DATE, as next years display will be on Friday 6th November 2020. This will be extra special as we celebrate 10 years of our Bonfire and Fireworks display.
