The Elton Bonfire and Firework Spectacular is a family-friendly bonfire and fireworks display, that has been run annually since 2010 (with the exception of 2020) for our local community. The event is run entirely by volunteers from 1st Ince and Elton Scout Group, who also oversee the organisation of the event.

The event is FREE to enter, however donations received on the night are greatly appreciated as all money is ploughed back in to scouting here in Ince and Elton.

2023 DISPLAY

Our flagship fundraising event is back for it’s 12th year on Friday 3rd November on Elton Parish Field.

Unfortunately there will once again be no Bonfire this year, but all the usual food and drink stalls will be there – as well as our fantastic Fireworks display.

Due to the impact (unprecendented numbers) that 2021’s event had on the local community, this year our target audience is once again the three villages of Elton, Ince and Thornton-le-moors. We strongly recommend that those from outside these areas attend a Bonfire/Fireworks event that is more local to you.

Our event is walkable from most areas of the village, and we encourage people attending to arrive by foot. However, we do understand that some people may need to arrive by car. As such, there is extremely limited parking available at Elton Community Centre (and elsewhere in the village).

When leaving your car, please be mindful of where you’re parking – ensuring that you’re not blocking any access to propoerty, nor causing obstruction for Emergency Vehicles.

Keep checking back here, and on Social Media for the latest updates regarding our annual display.
