1st Ince and Elton Scouts took to the stage this evening and did something funny for money by hosting their own version of 90’s TV show – Star’s In Their Eyes.
The evening played host to a Parrot, two Nuns, Barbie, Paolo Nutini, Cee-Lo Grren and more as Scouts dressed up as their idols singing their favourite hits.
The evening was a great success which everyone seemed to really enjoy, and initial counting indicates we have currently raised around £70 for Comic Relief!

I’d just like to add, that last night wouldn’t have been as much of a success without the help from the following…
- Helsby High School for the loan of sound equipment.
- Manley Primary School for the loan of the staging.
- Elton Players for the loan of the lighting
- Vicki Serna for all of the hard work she has put into this (including the many hours spent cooking the food)
- All of the Scouts for being such good sports with this
- Anyone else that has contributed that I may have missed (apologies if this includes you)
