It’s our first Cheshire Hike Practice of the year this coming Saturday (14th January).
We’re meeting at Barnsbridge Gates Car Park (Delamere Forest, one with the Ice Cream Van) at 9.30am. Please bring a day sack containing packed lunch and water with you! Also, make sure you are prepared for the weather – Hiking boots ONLY (so no trainers!), any Scouts that turn up with trainers may not be able to participate in the hike.
You will be practising setting maps and use of a compass. Pick up will be at the Scout HQ at approximately 15:30.
