We’re currently on the lookout for a Team Leader to take charge of our Scout (10-14 yr olds) section here at 1st Ince and Elton.
Working with the Group Lead Volunteer and the Section Team Members, the Section Team Leader will interact directly with our youth membership to:
- Develop and deliver safe, exciting and stimulating activities, challenges and experiences taking into account the needs, interests and abilities of the young people.
- Provide opportunities for young people to express their views on the programme and running on the Section, and that those views are taken into account.
- Actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.
To offer young people the most interesting and diverse experience possible and incorporates elements from outdoor & adventure, the world and skills.
