An Important Update regarding our Plant Sale

We have recently been notified by the nursery that due to supply chain issues and despite their best efforts, they are unable to fulfil any of our orders this year.

As such, it is with deep regret that we must inform you that this year’s plant sale will not go ahead as hoped.

We would like to thank you for your continued support during this difficult time and we look forward to supplying your plants next year.

If you provided us with an up to date phone number, then you should have already received a phone call from a member of our team informing you of the cancellation of the Plant Sale and to discuss refund options.

Over the course of the next week or so, we will be automatically processing your refund – if you have any issues please let us know.

An Update regarding our Plant Sale orders

Due to circumstances beyond our (and our suppliers) control, we are having to delay the delivery date of our Plant Sale orders to Saturday 6th June.

We hope this doesn’t inconvenience our customers too much and that you are happy with the new date.

If however, it is not suitable – please email plantsale@1stinceandelton.org.uk (ideally with your order number) and we can arrange a refund as soon as possible.

Plant Sale 2020

With spring just around the corner many people will be thinking about getting out in the garden once again – with that in mind, we’re pleased to announce our 2020 Plant Sale.

This is our sixth year selling bedding plants, and alongside our annual Bonfire and Firework display – it acts as one of our main fundraising activities of the year.

The money raised helps to maintain our building, replace and repair kit. It’s organised and run entirely by volunteers, so if you think you can help as part of our team – please get in touch!

How Can I Order Plants?

There are currently three ways that you can place an order with us:

Paper Order Form

Order forms are on their way out to customers who have ordered from us previously. These order forms will be collected by members of the Scout Group between 16th March and 3rd April 2020.

Haven’t received an order from? Don’t worry, you can still order plants using one of the other methods below.

Order Form via Email

Just like we’ve offered in previous years – you can download the order form available from our website. Simply download, print out/fill in and return to us via email by the deadline to place your order.

Our Online Shop

Following a successful trial over the last two years, we’re officially launching our online ordering system via our ‘Fundraising Website‘.

Simply browse through the products, add your chosen ones to the basket and checkout – it’s as easy as that.

The added bonus of ordering through our ‘Fundraising Website‘ is that you can now pay via Direct Debit, Debit Card or Credit Card

When Will The Plants Be Available?

Plants will be delivered to your door on Saturday 9th May 2020.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ALL ORDERS:

The deadline for placing orders is Friday 3rd April 2020. Any orders placed after this date will not be fulfilled.

ALL orders regardless of whether they’re via our paper based order forms, email orders or via our online shop are Payment on Order.

Payments for offline orders (including those sent by email) can be made by cashBACS or a cheque made payable to 1st Ince and Elton Scout Group.

Payments for orders taken through our ‘Fundraising Website‘ can be made via Direct Debit, Debit Card, Credit Card or BACS.

These order forms will be collected by members of the Scout Group between 19th March and 9th April 2018.

Just like we did last year – we’ll soon be making the order form available to download from our website. Simply download, print out/fill in and return to us via email by the deadline to place your order.

Our Online Shop

New for this year, we’ve introduced an online ordering system via our ‘online shop‘. Simply browse through the products, add your chosen ones to the basket and checkout – it’s as easy as that.

The money raised helps to maintain our building, replace and repair kit and also help keep the cost of the subscriptions down. It’s organised and run entirely by volunteers, so if you think you can help as part of our team – please get in touch!

Order forms are already on their way out to our previous customers, so look out for the order form coming through the door soon. We’re also aiming to drop order forms through doors in Ince and Thornton-le-Moors this year too.

Order forms will be collected by members of the Scout Group between 20th March and 10th April 2017.

Haven’t received an order form?

You can still order plants! All you need to do is print off the order form (below), pick the bedding plants you want and drop an email to the Plant Sale Team (plantsale@1stinceandelton.org.uk), where we’ll arrange to come and collect your completed order form and payment.

When will the plants be available?

Plants will be delivered to your door on Saturday 13th May 2017.
