We’d like to cordially invite you to this year’s 1^st Ince and Elton Scout Group AGM which will be held on Wednesday 5^th June 2024 at 7:00pm.

Our AGM will take place at our Scout HQ and refreshments (Hot/Cold Drinks and cakes) will be on offer. The key documents for the evening are available to view on our website (or soon will be) – you can find these documents by clicking here.

Nominations for the Trustee Board

Part of the AGM is the election of the new Trustee Board for the coming year. The Group Trustee Board helps the Group Scout Leader in managing the group and making sure that it has the resources to help deliver amazing Scouting in the local community.

Information about how to submit nominations for our Group Trustee Board were sent out via email to members of our Group Scout Council on 4th May 2024.

What happens next?

• Documents relating to the AGM will be prepared and placed on the Group web site
• Nominations will be collated
• Information about how to access the documents and reminders for the AGM will be circulated
