We’d like to cordially invite you to this year’s 1^st Ince and Elton Scout Group AGM which will be held on Friday 23^rd June 2023 at 7:00pm.

Our AGM will take place at our Scout HQ and refreshments (Hot/Cold Drinks and cakes) will be on offer. The key documents for the evening will be shared in the next couple of weeks.

Nominations for the Trustee Board

Part of the AGM is the election of the new Trustee Board for the coming year. The Group Trustee Board helps the Group Scout Leader in managing the group and making sure that it has the resources to help deliver amazing Scouting in the local community.

We are looking for nominations to serve on the trustee board and would ask you to read through the attached letter which tells you a bit more about what is involved and then consider nominating yourself for the positions that we would like to fill. Nominations have to be submitted by the end of the day on Friday 16^th June 2023 using the form which can be found at https://1stinceandelton.org.uk/the-group/group-trustee-board/nomination/.

What happens next?

• Documents relating to the AGM will be prepared and placed on the Group web site
• Nominations will be collated
• Information about how to access the documents and reminders for the AGM will be circulated
